Harriet G. Hawkins - Woods
Founder/ Executive Director
Started the non-profit foundation in February 2020
and gained their 501(c)(3) non-profit status in May, 2021
This organization was erected from Harriet's compassion for the people. Creating a desire to be of service to those she cares so passionately about.
Harriet understands that she has a mission to help her community. She has experienced first hand how homelessness and mental health has impacted her own family. She understands that its is her mission to fight to end homelessness. Harriet has a passion to empower, educate, and inspire people to strive for greatness, regardless of their situation.
Harriet is a Life Strategist, Inspirational Speaker, and Creator. She hosts The Annual Women's Empowerment Tea, donating all proceeds to Housing & Beyond's Mission to eradicate homelessness.
